Roosted & Roasted is a premium coffee built on good mornings and early starts. This blend is a collaboration between Panola Brand and Bodka Coffee Company, roasted fresh each week to make sure every bag hits just right.

It’s our Southern take on an Italian-style coffee—smooth, easy drinking, and full of rich flavor without being too dark. You’ll get notes of caramel, dark chocolate, and a little nuttiness, with just enough depth to give you that bold, satisfying cup. It finishes smooth and slightly buttery, with a thick, rich crema whether you’re pulling a shot or brewing it your way.

This is the kind of coffee that belongs in a tin cup by the fire or poured hot on the tailgate before daylight. Brew it up while the woods are still quiet, take that first sip, and then slip off into the dark spring woods to wait on that first gobble of the morning.
