Return Window
If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process
To begin a return or exchange, email us at Jay@panolabrand.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit if preferred. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive the return.
